Varietal: Pink Bourbon

Region: San Adolfo, Huila

Farmer: Jairo Arcila

Jairo Arcila coffee was picked and transported the same day to La Pradera farm. This coffee was exposed to a dry fermentation of 48 hours. It is then placed on raised beds below 35 degreees until ideal moisture content was achieved.
