Grown in a region of Brazil that lies in a tropical climate with wet summer days and generally dry winters, making this a great climate for coffee growing.
The Colombian origin is located in Huila.
Cherries are dry and wet fermented and placed in parabolic dryers for up to 30 days, leading to great sweetness and balance in the cup.
