This coffee is a fine example of the sweet, bright and complex flavours that can be produced from microlot Colombian coffees.
There are 58 passionate coffee producers in the region of Tolima in the small town of Riobianco who contributed their lots to the speciality Coffee Growers Association by the name of Alto Saldana.
