This coffee is the fine example of the sweet, bright, and complex flavours that can be produced from microlot Colombian cofees. There are 58 passionate coffee producers in the region of Tolima in the small town of Riobianco who contributed their lots to the speciality Coffee Grower Assosiation by the name of Alto Saldana.
